This project is for making and operating layer2 on mainnet. The tasks in this project contain not only making layer2, but also preparing it for operation.
The goal of Q1 is to open layer2 on mainnet. This goal was set roughly to fit in the quarter based project period. And this goal has not been achieved yet, so this goal will be moved to the next quarter.
