⚠️ To onboard our project, you need to pass the probationary period:
- Finish 1 or more tasks given by project owner (and project owner will discuss with unit leader)
- OR submit a significant contribution to be reviewed
- After probationary period, you will be included in this project and will be eligible for grant (TON token)

Exit process
<aside>
❗ If there are issues (ex. communication, work performance, work environment) reported to project owner or a unit leader →
- Conduct internal review with project owner & unit leader, and discuss the issue and resolution
- If similar issues are reported will send information to HR call, discuss the issue and final resolution
- If similar issues are reported after two review processes, they will exit the project.
- If there are no more tasks left, you may be released from the project.
