- In addition to the standard bridge features, we also align with the industry's trend of offering a unified view of assets from multiple networks.

Onboarding process
- Probationary period: finish 1 small task given by a unit leader or submit contribution to be reviewed
- After probationary period, will be included in Tokamak Bridge project and will be eligible for PI for that quarter.
Exit process
- If there are issues (ex. communication, work performance, work environment) reported to project leader or a unit team leader →
- Conduct internal review with project leader & a unit team leader, and discuss the issue and resolution
- If similar issues are reported will send information to HR call, discuss the issue and final resolution
- If similar issues are reported after two review processes, they will exit the project.
